Attestations for User Consent

Account Creation
  • During onboarding, all users must attest that the account is being created for personal use and not on behalf of a third party.

  • This attestation is included in the mandatory Terms and Conditions accepted during registration.

Transaction Confirmation
  • Users confirm, prior to executing any transaction, that they are acting independently and not under the influence, coercion, or persuasion of a third party.

  • This confirmation step is embedded in the transaction workflow.
